Virginias ceramics are curiously eccentric and quintessentially British. Ranging from tea wares to vessels, tiles and jewellery, she hand makes each piece from slabs of clay and slip cast pieces. Painted slips, floral transfers prints and metallic lustres are used to create a whimsical mix-and-match collection filled with nostalgic charm. Virginia began making in 2000 and has exhibited widely across the UK and internationally. Based in the small town of Corsham in Wiltshire, she makes all her pieces from her garden studio..
