Marina Bauguil Ceramics


Marina's work is mostly figurative and explores her relationship & reverence with the world of nature, using the Japanese word "Kami" meaning a divine being or spirit in Shinto religion, to describe her pieces. Each piece is individualy hand built using porcelain or stoneware clays, then hand painted with underglazes, oxides, slips, glazes and gold lustre on some details and fired multiple times..
