Colour Me Friday and Season 2 of The Capital of Craft is out NOW!
Written: 26 November 2021
Hi, Hope you well?
Now that the frenzy of the applications to Craft Festival is over, we can relax into the weekend.
The new season of my podcast, The Capital of Craft, is out now. Thanks for your patience. A few weeks ago, I had the privilege of chatting with weaver, lecturer, curator and QEST Scholar, Laura Thomas.
If, like me, you've been feeling a little overwhelmed lately, taking some time out is so important. If you love hearing about the lives of makers, take a break and listen to The Capital of Craft.
The great news is that Laura will also be joining us at Bovey Tracey next year as a demonstrator. (more news on our Festivals is coming very soon..)
Next Thursday, I will be chatting with Ben Partridge from The Owlery. And it's a beaut!
We're also joining in with Holly Tucker's fantastic Colour Friday Campaign (or in other words, Say No to Black Friday). Scroll to discover some seriously colourful, independent businesses from Find a Maker. Shop Small this Christmas!
